Turmeric Latte 🍂

It’s officially fall! This warming drink is so great for fall time.
What you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sprinkle of black pepper
  • cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup plant based milk
  • other great optional additions
    • ginger
    • collagen powder
    • pumpkin pie spice

Ok, heat up a half cup of water. By half cup I mean half of your mug. Add in your turmeric, pepper and vanilla. Mix up! (I use a frother for this)

Heat up your dairy free milk/cream. I froth mine before adding it to my drink. Top that on your half cup of turmeric mixture. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Voila!
